🎯 Job Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and strategic Head of Social Media Marketing to lead and scale our social media presence across platforms. This role is for someone who blends creativity with analytics and can build a powerful brand voice, drive community engagement, and create content that converts.
📌 Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the overall social media strategy in alignment with the brand’s marketing and business objectives.

Build and manage a high-performing social media team including content creators, designers, video editors, and community managers.

Plan and oversee content calendars across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and emerging platforms like Threads or Pinterest (if relevant).

Collaborate with marketing, performance, and influencer teams to ensure unified brand messaging.

Lead the development of viral content, hooks, reels, and storytelling formats that resonate with the target audience.

Strategize and execute platform-specific campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and sales.

Continuously monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize campaigns accordingly.

Oversee brand collaborations, partnerships, and influencer-driven campaigns on social media.

Act as the brand voice across platforms and lead online reputation management.

Track competitor activity and benchmark trends to keep the brand one step ahead.
🧠 Key Requirements:

5–8 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with at least 2+ years in a lead role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and paid campaigns.

Demonstrated experience growing brand accounts organically and managing social budgets.

Creative thinker with a strong visual sense and the ability to direct content production.

Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.

Team leadership experience and cross-functional collaboration skills.
🎓 Qualifications:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.

Certifications in digital/social media marketing are a plus.
