💰 Salary: 10% to 40% hike on current salary (based on interview and experience)

🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Account Health Executive to take full ownership of maintaining and improving the health of our online selling accounts across marketplaces. The ideal candidate will monitor performance metrics, prevent account suspensions, and ensure adherence to platform policies.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor account health parameters on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other platforms.

  • Ensure that order defect rate, late dispatch rate, return rate, and other metrics are within safe limits.

  • Act immediately on performance notifications, warnings, and A-to-Z/INR claims.

  • Prepare and submit appeals or Plan of Action (POA) in case of listing or account suspensions.

  • Flag potential risks and take preventive actions to avoid penalties or suspension.

  • Coordinate with operations, returns, customer service, and warehouse teams to reduce issues.

  • Maintain updated documentation and trackers for all health and performance alerts.

🧠 Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce operations, with specific exposure to account health management.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.

  • Strong understanding of marketplace performance policies and customer metrics.

  • Excellent communication and drafting skills for writing appeals and escalations.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick in taking preventive actions.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any stream.

  • Prior experience in Amazon/Flipkart account health support is highly preferred.
