Job Description

📍 Location: Ahmedabad

💰 Salary: 10% to 40% hike on current salary (based on interview and experience)

🎯 Job Summary:

We are hiring an Accounts Executive to manage end-to-end accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of accounting principles, Tally, GST, TDS, and should be comfortable handling reconciliations, vendor/customer accounts, and monthly reporting.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting entries: sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts.

  • Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.

  • Prepare and manage GST & TDS filings with complete documentation and compliance.

  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable and maintain clear ledgers.

  • Process and manage invoices, debit/credit notes, and ensure timely payment cycles.

  • Manage eCommerce accounting, including reconciliation of Amazon, Flipkart, etc.

  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets.

  • Maintain documentation and support for internal audits.

  • Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, and management for compliance and statutory needs.

🧠 Key Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting.

  • Strong knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.

  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting standards.

  • Proficiency in Excel and data handling.

  • Familiarity with eCommerce accounting practices is a plus.

  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and commitment to deadlines.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or relevant commerce degree.

  • Tally certification is preferred.
