🎯 Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the entire accounting and finance function of our business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, reconciliations, P&L preparation, and team leadership. Prior experience in an eCommerce or trading business is preferred.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire accounting function, including bookkeeping, ledgers, and financial documentation.

• Ensure accurate GST, TDS, and income tax compliance and timely filing of returns.

• Monitor and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and fund allocations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including P&L and balance sheets.

• Lead and supervise a team of junior accountants, tally operators, and finance assistants.

• Oversee eCommerce account reconciliations (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and coordinate with the operations team for returns and deductions.

• Liaise with CA firms, tax consultants, and financial institutions for audits and legal compliance.

• Manage vendor and customer accounts, ensuring timely settlements and follow-ups.

• Assist senior management in budgeting, financial planning, and profitability analysis.

🧠 Key Requirements:

• 3 to 7 years of accounting experience, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.

• Strong command over Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).

• In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

• Experience handling eCommerce accounting is highly desirable.

• Good leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

• Attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility and deadlines.

🎓 Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) or similar.

• Additional certifications in finance or taxation are a plus.
