Job Description

We are looking for a Backoffice Executive to handle data entry, document management, administrative tasks, and coordination with different departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and database management.
Process invoices, reports, and internal documentation.
Maintain confidential company records and files.
Coordinate with various teams for smooth workflow management.
Assist in inventory tracking, logistics coordination, and vendor communication.
Handle email correspondence, follow-ups, and documentation.
Support HR, finance, and operations teams with administrative tasks.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (B.Com, BBA, or related discipline preferred)
✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in back-office, administration, or data management roles
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, data entry, and administrative coordination
✔️ Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, or customer support is a plus
