💰 Salary: 10% to 40% hike on current salary (based on interview and experience)


🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Ecommerce Head / Business Manager to lead our end-to-end online business operations. This role demands strategic thinking, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of online sales via marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and our D2C website.

The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of growing eCommerce businesses, managing teams, and delivering high performance.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the entire eCommerce business across platforms: Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and own website.

  • Define and execute growth strategies, promotions, and brand positioning.

  • Supervise department heads from Operations, Warehouse, Marketing/Ads, Finance, and Procurement.

  • Review and optimize P&L, pricing strategies, and inventory planning.

  • Oversee catalog management, listing strategy, and marketplace compliance.

  • Monitor ad performance and conversion metrics in coordination with the Advt/Growth team.

  • Set KPIs for all teams and ensure target achievement across departments.

  • Resolve escalations related to customer service, account health, and logistics.

  • Collaborate with external partners, vendors, logistics providers, and marketplaces.

  • Innovate and identify new revenue channels (B2B, export, wholesale etc.).


🧠 Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing eCommerce businesses (preferably from D2C or multi-channel brands).

  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Portal, Shopify/WordPress.

  • Hands-on experience with PPC, sales analytics, P&L, and logistics.

  • Leadership and team management experience is a must.

  • Data-driven approach with a growth mindset.


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Proficiency in Excel, Analytics tools, and Marketplace dashboards.
