Job Description

The Content Creator will be responsible for producing engaging and high-quality content for social media, including Reels, YouTube Shorts, and eye-catching graphics. This role requires a creative mindset, storytelling skills, and a strong understanding of trends to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Develop visually appealing graphics, GIFs, and motion content for various platforms.
Stay updated with the latest trends, viral challenges, and content formats to produce relevant and trending content.
Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to plan and execute creative campaigns.
Edit and enhance videos with captions, animations, and special effects to maximize impact.
Work with influencers and brand ambassadors to create collaborative content.
Optimize content for different social media algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
Manage a content calendar to ensure consistency in publishing.
Analyze content performance metrics and suggest improvements based on insights.
Brainstorm innovative content ideas that align with the brand’s tone and audience preferences.
Requirements:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: 1-4 years in content creation, social media marketing, or video production.
✔️ Skills: Video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects), graphic design (Canva, Photoshop), and trend analysis.
✔️ Preferred Experience: Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
