Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead our human resources strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR policies, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning.
Drive employee engagement, training, and leadership development.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Manage payroll, compensation structures, and performance appraisals.
Foster a culture of growth, innovation, and employee well-being.
Handle grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Optimize HR technology and data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational growth.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Requirements:
✔️ Education: MBA (HR), PGDHRM, or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management
✔️ Experience: 8+ years in HR leadership, strategic planning, and team management
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in HR software (HRMS), labor laws, and organizational development
✔️ Preferred Experience: Experience in e-commerce, IT, or corporate HR is a plus
