Job Description

We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, payroll processing, and compliance to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Implement HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance protocols.
Manage payroll processing, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Drive performance appraisals, training programs, and career development initiatives.
Address employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and tax regulations.
Organize employee engagement activities and retention strategies.
Maintain HR records, contracts, and workforce analytics.
Develop succession planning and leadership development strategies.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR goals with business objectives.
Requirements:
✔️ Education: MBA (HR), PGDHRM, or equivalent in Human Resource Management
✔️ Experience: 5+ years in HR operations, talent acquisition, and compliance
✔️ Skills: Proficiency in HRMS software, payroll processing, and labor law compliance
✔️ Preferred Experience: Experience in e-commerce, IT, or fast-growing startups is a plus
