Logistics and Supply Chain Manager – E-commerce

Job Description

The Logistics and Supply Chain Manager will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment for e-commerce operations. This role involves optimizing logistics, reducing costs, improving delivery speed, and maintaining high service levels to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement logistics and supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Manage inventory planning, procurement, warehousing, and last-mile delivery operations.

Coordinate with courier partners, 3PL providers, and internal logistics teams for timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Monitor order fulfillment rates, return management, and delivery performance to ensure operational excellence.

Optimize warehouse layout, automation, and inventory control processes to minimize stock discrepancies.

Implement technology-driven logistics solutions for real-time tracking and data analysis.

Negotiate contracts and service agreements with logistics partners to improve cost efficiency.

Ensure compliance with logistics regulations, packaging standards, and safety protocols.

Analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for process improvement.

Collaborate with operations, sales, and customer service teams to align logistics with business goals.

Requirements:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: 5+ years in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
✔️ Skills: Inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics optimization, vendor management, and cost reduction.
✔️ Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP, and logistics automation tools.
