🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Logistics Coordinator to manage the transportation, inventory, and delivery of our products across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate will coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and the warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining cost-efficiency.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate logistics for daily orders, ensuring timely delivery to customers.

• Work closely with 3rd party logistics partners for order pickup, tracking, and delivery.

• Oversee the shipment of Amazon FBA, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplace orders.

• Ensure that all logistics processes comply with marketplace guidelines and operational standards.

• Track, manage, and resolve delivery issues such as delays, returns, and damages.

• Maintain accurate inventory records for logistics purposes and ensure smooth coordination with warehouse staff.

• Handle any discrepancies in shipment status, lost parcels, or damaged goods.

• Collaborate with the Purchase & Logistics Officer for efficient purchase and procurement of logistics materials.

• Negotiate and manage relationships with logistics vendors for cost-effective solutions.

🧠 Key Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or warehouse coordination.

• Understanding of Amazon FBA logistics, Flipkart, Meesho logistics, and other eCommerce platforms.

• Familiarity with shipment tracking, documentation, and carrier communication.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills for resolving logistics issues.

• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations in fast-paced environments.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking shipments and logistics data.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field; a background in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus.

• Prior experience in eCommerce logistics or warehouse coordination is highly preferred.
