Job Description

The Order Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for ensuring efficient order processing, packing, and shipping to meet customer expectations. This role involves coordinating with warehouse teams, managing inventory, and ensuring timely deliveries across e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and WooCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:
Process online orders, verify payment details, and coordinate packing and shipping.
Ensure accurate order picking, packing, and labeling as per marketplace requirements.
Track shipments and coordinate with logistics partners for smooth last-mile delivery.
Monitor order status, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Work with inventory teams to prevent stockouts and order cancellations.
Resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, and delivery delays.
Maintain proper documentation for order records, invoices, and shipping reports.
Ensure compliance with marketplace fulfillment policies and SLAs.
Assist in optimizing the order fulfillment process for speed and accuracy.
Requirements:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in order fulfillment, e-commerce operations, or warehouse management.
✔️ Skills: Order processing, logistics coordination, inventory management, and customer service.
✔️ Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Amazon FBA, Flipkart Smart Fulfillment, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
