💰 Salary: 10% to 40% hike on current salary (based on interview and experience)

🎯 Job Summary:

We are hiring an Order Processing Executive to handle daily order processing and coordination for all online marketplaces and the company’s own website. The ideal candidate will ensure timely processing, accuracy, and smooth coordination with the warehouse for dispatches and returns.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily orders from Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and the company’s own website.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team for packing, dispatching, and timely shipping.

  • Generate invoices and shipping labels using marketplace seller panels or tools.

  • Update order status and tracking information accurately.

  • Manage order cancellations, returns, and refund status updates.

  • Coordinate with the Ecommerce Operations Manager and Return Executive for seamless flow.

  • Handle basic customer queries related to orders or delivery timelines.

🧠 Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in order processing or eCommerce backend operations.

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, etc.

  • Good Excel skills and ability to work with order management systems.

  • Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.

  • Must be organized and able to handle a high volume of daily orders with accuracy.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma in any stream.

  • Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail setup preferred.
