Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to support senior executives with administrative tasks, scheduling, travel arrangements, and communication management. The ideal candidate should possess strong multitasking skills, discretion, and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Handle email correspondence, calls, and communication on behalf of the executive.
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and event planning.
Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documents.
Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Assist with personal tasks, reminders, and task management.
Maintain confidential records, business documents, and office supplies.
Coordinate with departments for administrative and operational support.
Handle urgent requests and problem-solving efficiently.
Requirements:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
✔️ Experience: 2+ years in executive assistant, PA, or office management roles
✔️ Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and discretion
✔️ Preferred Experience: Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
