🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Packing & Dispatch Supervisor to join our eCommerce operations team. As the Packing & Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the packing and dispatch process, ensuring that products are packed accurately and dispatched on time to customers. You will supervise a team, maintain high standards of packing, and ensure that all orders are dispatched without any errors or delays.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the packing and dispatch process to ensure all orders are correctly packed and shipped according to company standards.

• Lead and manage a team of packing and dispatch personnel, ensuring they are trained and motivated to meet performance targets.

• Ensure that products are packed according to the correct packaging guidelines to avoid damage during transit.

• Check order accuracy before packing to ensure the correct products are packed and dispatched as per the order.

• Oversee the dispatch process, ensuring that all orders are shipped on time and according to schedule.

• Ensure that all dispatch paperwork, including invoices, shipping labels, and tracking numbers, are correctly completed and included with each shipment.

• Maintain inventory control to ensure that sufficient packing materials are available for smooth operations.

• Track and report on dispatch performance, including daily output, errors, and delays.

• Work closely with the Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve any packing or dispatch issues.

• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all packed orders meet the company’s quality standards.

• Address any packing or dispatch-related issues promptly and work to continuously improve the packing and shipping process.

🧠 Key Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role in packing and dispatch within an eCommerce or warehouse environment.

• Strong understanding of packing procedures and dispatch processes for eCommerce orders.

• Ability to supervise and lead a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Attention to detail to ensure that orders are packed and dispatched without any errors.

• Familiarity with shipping documentation, including labels, invoices, and tracking numbers.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

• Basic proficiency in inventory management and ensuring adequate stock of packing materials.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Previous experience in packing and dispatch supervision in eCommerce, retail, or warehouse settings.

• Knowledge of eCommerce order fulfillment systems is a plus.
