🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer with expertise in Google Ads to join our eCommerce team. As a Performance Marketer – Google, you will manage and optimize our Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and shopping networks to drive measurable results in terms of traffic, leads, and conversions. This role demands a data-driven approach with a focus on ROI, as you will be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing Google Ads campaigns.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, Video) to drive traffic and sales across platforms like Google, YouTube, and Google Shopping.

  • Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to maximize ROI.

  • Conduct keyword research and create effective ad copy for different product categories.

  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to continuously improve campaign performance.

  • Use Google Analytics and other tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

  • Provide performance reports on campaigns, highlighting key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROI.

  • Stay updated on Google Ads updates and industry trends to continuously improve and adapt strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Advertising/Growth Manager and Ecommerce Operations Manager to align campaigns with overall business goals.

  • Optimize product listings for Google Shopping Ads and ensure alignment with Google’s policies.

  • Manage and optimize remarketing campaigns to re-engage visitors who didn’t convert.


🧠 Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).

  • Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a focus on eCommerce.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and take actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of conversion tracking, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.

  • Knowledge of landing page optimization for improving conversion rates.

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

  • Google Ads certification preferred but not mandatory.
