🎯 Job Summary:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer – Meta to join our eCommerce team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The role requires a data-driven approach to deliver results and maximize ROI for our eCommerce products.


📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including feed ads, story ads, carousel ads, and video ads.

  • Plan and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.

  • Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance and drive higher conversions.

  • Analyze data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.

  • Develop targeted audiences using segmentation techniques to ensure ads reach the most relevant potential customers.

  • Collaborate with the Advt/Growth Manager to align ad strategies with broader business and marketing goals.

  • Retargeting: Optimize campaigns to re-engage previous website visitors and increase conversions.

  • Stay up to date on the latest Meta advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

  • Work with creative teams to ensure ads and content are aligned with brand guidelines and audience expectations.


🧠 Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for eCommerce brands or similar industries.

  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

  • Proven ability to drive eCommerce sales and lead generation through paid social ads.

  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns effectively.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and retargeting strategies.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with creative and operations teams to create effective ad campaigns.


🎓 Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

  • Facebook/Meta Ads certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
