🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for a Performance Marketer – Meta to join our eCommerce team. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. The role requires a data-driven approach to deliver results and maximize ROI for our eCommerce products.
📌 Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, including feed ads, story ads, carousel ads, and video ads.

Plan and execute performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.

Optimize campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.

Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and targeting to improve performance and drive higher conversions.

Analyze data from Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and implement improvements.

Develop targeted audiences using segmentation techniques to ensure ads reach the most relevant potential customers.

Collaborate with the Advt/Growth Manager to align ad strategies with broader business and marketing goals.

Retargeting: Optimize campaigns to re-engage previous website visitors and increase conversions.

Stay up to date on the latest Meta advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Work with creative teams to ensure ads and content are aligned with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
🧠 Key Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for eCommerce brands or similar industries.

Strong understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and Meta Business Suite.

Proven ability to drive eCommerce sales and lead generation through paid social ads.

Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure and optimize campaigns effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Knowledge of conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and retargeting strategies.

Ability to work collaboratively with creative and operations teams to create effective ad campaigns.
🎓 Qualifications:

Graduate in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.

Facebook/Meta Ads certification is a plus, but not mandatory.
