Job Description

The Product Listing Executive will be responsible for accurately listing products on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring high-quality content, SEO-friendly descriptions, and proper categorization. This role requires attention to detail, knowledge of marketplace guidelines, and experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or WooCommerce.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others.

Write SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to enhance discoverability.

Ensure correct categorization, attributes, and specifications for each product.

Upload high-quality product images and videos as per marketplace guidelines.

Monitor product listing errors, suppressions, and policy violations and take corrective actions.

Work closely with vendors, warehouse, and inventory teams to ensure accurate stock updates.

Analyze listing performance using analytics tools and optimize for better rankings and conversions.

Assist in A+ Content creation, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and product page enhancements.

Keep up-to-date with marketplace policies, best practices, and SEO trends.

Requirements:
✔️ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
✔️ Experience: 1-3 years in product listing, catalog management, or e-commerce operations.
✔️ Skills: Data entry, SEO optimization, marketplace compliance, and basic image editing.
✔️ Preferred Experience: Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify dashboard, and bulk listing tools.
