🎯 Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Return Executive to join our eCommerce team. As a Return Executive, you will be responsible for handling and processing product returns from customers and ensuring all return procedures are completed smoothly. You will manage return-related tasks, maintain accurate data, coordinate with warehouse staff, and ensure timely and accurate claims processing across various marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
📌 Key Responsibilities:

Process product returns and manage the entire returns process in coordination with the warehouse team, ensuring returns are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.

Inspect returned products to ensure they meet the return criteria set by the marketplace and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of return products, including their condition, reason for return, and tracking information.

Handle returns claims and ensure proper documentation and photo evidence are uploaded to Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other relevant platforms.

Coordinate with warehouse executives to ensure that returned products are checked, restocked, or disposed of according to company policies.

Track return shipments to ensure all returns are processed correctly and promptly.

Resolve customer complaints related to returns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Ensure timely refund processing to customers as per marketplace guidelines.

Maintain a detailed return report, identifying return trends and working with the team to minimize returns where possible.

Work closely with the eCommerce Operations Manager to improve return handling processes and ensure the highest level of operational efficiency.
🧠 Key Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in handling product returns in an eCommerce environment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect returned products accurately.

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and other marketplace return procedures.

Ability to handle customer complaints with a professional attitude and resolve issues efficiently.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Basic understanding of eCommerce logistics and warehousing processes.

Proficiency in using Excel and other reporting tools to maintain accurate records.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to returns.
