💰 Salary: 10% to 40% hike on current salary (based on interview and experience)

🎯 Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Seller Flex & Warehouse Executive to manage order processing and coordination from our warehouse, especially for Amazon Seller Flex and similar models. The role includes system-based tasks and physical supervision of daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and error-free dispatch.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage daily orders from Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart, Meesho, and D2C website.

  • Ensure proper item picking, barcode scanning, packing, and dispatching as per seller flex norms.

  • Coordinate with the Order Processing Executive and Warehouse Manager for accurate fulfillment.

  • Generate and print shipping labels, invoices, and packing slips.

  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched orders and inventory levels.

  • Support warehouse staff in tracking, sorting, and labeling inventory for faster processing.

  • Raise claims and coordinate on damaged, delayed, or returned shipments when necessary.

  • Follow strict compliance with Amazon’s Seller Flex SOP and packaging standards.

🧠 Key Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce order processing or warehouse roles.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Flex, Flipkart panel, or Meesho seller system.

  • Familiarity with barcoding, invoice generation, packaging compliance, and dispatch procedures.

  • Basic Excel and computer knowledge.

  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduate preferred.

  • Prior warehouse/eCommerce back-end experience is a must.
