🎯 Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our day-to-day order fulfillment, packing, dispatch, inventory management, and coordination with the ecommerce operations team.

This role is central to ensuring smooth backend logistics and maintaining error-free shipping and returns processes for all online orders (Amazon, Flipkart, website, etc.).

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise the entire warehouse team including dispatch, returns, and logistics executives.

• Ensure timely and accurate packing & dispatch of all orders.

• Coordinate with Ecommerce Operations team for daily order flow and processing priorities.

• Supervise Seller Flex and self-ship operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

• Implement systems for daily inventory counting, inward/outward entry, and stock reconciliation.

• Assign and monitor work of the Packing Supervisor and hold accountability for dispatch accuracy.

• Oversee the Return Executive – ensure accurate recording, photo capture, uploading, and follow-up on wrong returns/damages with marketplaces.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-documented warehouse space.

• Implement SOPs to minimize errors, packaging issues, and late dispatches.

🧠 Key Requirements:

• 2–6 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in eCommerce (Amazon/Flipkart).

• Ability to handle manpower, streamline operations, and enforce accountability.

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, Inventory Software).

• Strong attention to detail and responsibility towards performance.

• Familiarity with barcoding, Seller Flex, FBA logistics, and courier partnerships is a plus.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Graduate or Diploma in any stream. Logistics/Operations certification is a plus.

• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi (for team communication); basic English understanding.
